GRIDLOCK is a sliding puzzle game published by GO TO AGENCY (SAS, SIREN 944 980 762, RCS Dijon, France). This page explains what the app does with data. It is short because the app does very little.
There is no account, no sign-in, and no server of ours. We do not receive your name, your email address, your location, your contacts, or your photos. We cannot see how you play.
Your progress — levels cleared, moves, attempts, settings — is stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes it. It is not backed up to us, and there is nothing for us to restore if you lose it.
The app shows ads through Google AdMob. To do that, AdMob processes your device's advertising ID and technical information about the device, and may use it to choose which ads you see and to measure them. This data goes to Google, not to us.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before showing personalised ads, using Google's consent tool. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).
Any in-app purchase is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details. The app only learns whether a purchase succeeded, so it can unlock what you bought.
Because everything the app stores lives on your device, uninstalling the app deletes all of it. There is no account to close.

GRIDLOCK is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from children.
If the app starts using a service that handles data differently, this page will say so before that version is released. The date at the top is when it last changed.
