Overview
VectoSolve turns a PNG, JPG or WEBP image into a clean SVG vector in seconds, and generates logos and SVGs from a text prompt. It is the agency's own product, built from scratch and operated every day: our proving ground for everything we sell afterwards, from multilingual programmatic SEO to subscription billing. All of its growth is organic: not one euro of advertising. First commit on 31 August 2025, first traffic peak in February 2026.
The challenge
Existing next to tools that have been around for years, with no advertising budget, in ten languages, with a free trial conversion that has to stay fast and clean at scale.
Our solution
A Next.js 14 App Router application with an AI vectorisation pipeline and SVGO post-processing, a credit and subscription system on Stripe, 21 programmatically generated conversion pages (png-to-svg, jpg-to-svg...) in ten languages with hreflang, comparison pages, a blog, Chrome and Firefox extensions, an embeddable widget and a documented REST API v1. Exports are machine-ready (SVG, DXF, PDF) for Cricut, Silhouette, laser cutting and embroidery, with a dedicated page for each niche: Cricut, laser, embroidery, vinyl, print on demand, Etsy sellers.
